vibrating noise - rear mec?

I have a Specialized Tarmac Comp with Mavic Ksyrium SLR wheels and Ultegra Groupset. I have this weird vibrating noise coming from the rear of the bike quite a bit, but not all the time. I noticed its when i get vibration in the bike, going over little bumps etc. Could the problem be the rear hub or even the rear mech. It's hard for people to tell but would be good to hear from someone that may of had this problem.

    I would check everything is on tight enough , including the rear cassette, brakes, QR etc. Also look for any cables that are lose and could catch the frame.

    Sounds silly but check the tube/tyre valve too.
