What sized cone spanner for Maxle hub

The front wheel of my bike is (I assume) cup and cone. (The rear one is). It is rebranded to the manufacturer so I have no idea what it actually is. It is on a 2012 Rockshox Recon so I assume that means 15mm Maxle.
Need to service it but I have found that a 16mm cone spanner isn't big enough. Any guesses on what I would need?

Maxle is simply the slide through axle. The hub could be anything. 13/15/17mm are the most common cup/cone sizes.0

Pics of what you have but I am guessing 17mm plus."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ug. So there isn't a standard
The outer nut seems to be about 23mm, although that isn't a big issue as I can get an adjustable spanner around that. The inner one seems to be very slightly smaller.

I may just take it to a bike shop. Or just buy varying sizes of cone spanners from CRC and send back the ones that don't work.0 -
Any writing on the hub such as brand and model?0

Finally been sensible and taken some card to it and and it seems like it is around 23mm or something.0
