Road bike wheels

Hi all,
I'm looking at replacing the Giant P-R2 wheels I currently have on my TCR SL2, I'm trying to stick to about £200 if I can, and I've seen Campagnolo Scirocco 35 wheels in my budget. Any advice would be very welcome? As I have to say I'm new to wheel shopping and really am not sure what I'm looking for! I use my bike in dry weather commuting 25 miles a day.
Many thanks
James

Campagnolo wheels last very well I've commuted on Khamsins for year, hubs very good still and cheap. Also never been trued. I think scirocco is a good call.Canyon Roadlite AL-Shamal Wheels-Centaur/Veloce Group
