Hi all my 2 year old son kindly threw my Garmin 500 at the wall in our bedroom and has ruined the screen.
I have tried calling Garmin twice today both times on hold for 20 mins with no answer.
Their website states I need to call as I will have to pay for the work.
Any ideas how to get in contact or another number that may be more use?

If you tell them a epic story, you could most likely get it repaired for free 8)

unlikely, if it is out of warranty it's about 60 quid but you get a new device, usually a refurbished but the one I got was basically brand new. it's a good service too, sent it off one day and had the new device about 3 days later.

    keep trying the number

  • Done the repair centre thing and advises I need to call but you then get put on hold forever.
I thought my son throwing it was an epic story lol
The truth is that I pulled a 1/4 mile wheelie followed by an endo and a pigeon flew I front of me taking my Garmin out!
  • They'll still charge you £58

    You can email them.
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles
