I have a clicking sound that only happens when i am in the small chain ring and it doesn't matter what rear gear i am in and but its ok when i am in the big chain ring.

If i pedal lightly it is ok but if i am going at a higher cadence then the clicking starts.

Any idea what could be causing this?

My pedals and cleats are lubed and tighened and seatpost/rails are torqued correctly.

Also this doesn't happen when in the bike stand and gears are tuned right.

My bet is that it's the same as this thread:

Have you checked that your crank and or shoes aren't flicking the dangly bit of cable from the front mech? It's especially common when in the little ring because in this position most front mechs point the extra cable directly outwards towards your feet. Otherwise it could be your BB.

Yea i checked that and its not interfering with me or the crank. It only happens on fast revolutions when on the small ring and when i ease up it stops. Its very unusal

Sounds similar to my issue I have had too. Changed an inner chain ring last night as I suspected it might be slightly bent. Testing in about two hours time so will let you know!
