Got out on the Spesh tonight, 17km loop up to Castle Coch. The bugs are starting to appear, time to get some glasses!

Out to cc yesterday, thunder and lightning earlier in the day so we had the trails to ourselves.. apart from a cow or 2!

Full lap of the Twrch today for the 1st time in about 12 months... forgot how good the trail actually is!

Testing of the new GoPro today, along with the Bell Super.... far too many options on it so just messing about at the mo.
