Headset for Giant TCR Advanced?

Could anyone help me find a replacement headset for a Giant TCR Advanced 3?

I'm told it's 2011, but could possibly be older. It has external cables and a 1 1/8 to 1 1/4 tapered head tube

    do you need the bearings or the whole thing?

    The lower bearing and cage have disintegrated.

    I'm pretty sure its an overdrive system, however my headset is flat, whereas most websites picture a conical top piece.

    The lower bearing is th industries 1-1/4 ACB 45 x 45

    any Giant dealer can supply them. For example, the current '14 TCR composite is overdrive (1 1/8 - 1 1/4) so uses the same bearings.
