The Eternal Question: get rid or get new?

I have a 2006/7 Genesis Altitude 00. It's seen a lot of wear and tear over the years, and I'm pretty sure it needs new BB, Chainset, Chain, Cassette, rear hub and rim, plus it could do with two new tyres. The forks are Rockshox Dart 2, and they seem ok, if a little noisy. The brakes are Avid Juicy's and they seem ok as well.
So....do I get everything fixed at a likely cost of around £400, and risk nothing else failing soon, or do I see what I can sell it for on Ebay and buy myself a new baby? I'm quite fancying the Cube LTD Race.
Any comments much appreciated

Replace those bits that need replacing, upgrade where applicable, used good used parts where you can, better bike for less money, sorted!
