Cateye Stealth 10

Wondered if anyone else had the same problem. Having trouble getting the Cateye software CatEyeAtlas to upload the from a Stealth 10. Endless hours of frustration already....

    Is it showing any error messages?

    No error message - can upload file from Stealth to computer but will not then upload file to either CateyeAtlas or Strava. Nothing happens at all.

    What format is the file in when it's on the computer? Try opening the file in notepad to see if there's anything in there, it seems odd for it not to go to Atlas or Strava once it's on the PC.

    it does not allow you to see the file format - or at least we cannot locate it - any other users out there???
