Suggest sprint rims

Looking for some 32 sprint rims.
Was going for Mavic Reflex's as they seem a decent price, are available in CD (disc brake wheels), and are easy to get.
They do seem to have a poor reputation for cracking though.
I would go for used if they came off a track bike. Got stacks of GP4's but in 36 and have always liked them.
Any suggestions for alternatives that are not black?

They are reassuringly expensive... when you see them and build them you understand why.left the forum March 20230

I must agree. The nemesis are legendary for good reason.
Indeed a very nice set you've build.
Rim flex can be very well perceived while de-stressing the spokes when building a wheel.
For heavier riders and sprinters/climbers I often opt for similar stiffer rims like stan ztr alpha 400(vs 340) or the ex version of the arch.
btw: just read up on your latest blog entries. 8)0 -
Ambrosio for classic looking sprint rims.
I rather like the Velocity Escapes that I'm running but they're black only v profile.0 -
