Budget tyres

Right I got £40 to spare for a new set of tyres, im looking to use them for all surfaces but it will be primarily tarmac, gravel and dirt tracks. ive narrowed it down to the Schwalbe smart sam, Racing ralph or the continental race king or x-king. ive got much more aggressive tyres on at the moment that will still be used during heavy weather but im just looking for something easy rolling for casual rides during summer.

Note the bike is 27.5 so im pretty limited as to what I can buy
