    The 6800 brakes are really nice, the difference was night and day when I put those on my bike.

    There's a 2mm spacer under there taunting me. It will have its day.
  • You could also remove the 15mm cone headset cover if your back can stand it!

    Aesthetics.. wanted it to match closer to the top tube although it isn't quite vertical.
    It also meant cutting off less steerer tube.
