Easy. Gotta sort a few things out like breakfast but then it's down the pub for twelve to get a good seat for the game. Come on you reds!

Nice and sunny round here. Son has gone to Thorpe Park for the day, I gave to clamber about in the loft and get summer clothes down so wife and daughter can go through them and decide what they still want.
Should sneak out for a pint later.

    Afternoon Mongs,

Been out for a sunny 40 miler in the North Downs on the roadie with a mate, start of my half ar$ed training regime for the Ride 100. With a coffee and bacon stop half way round. Now listening to Scousers v Sh1tty, turning into a cracking game. Hope it stays a draw...

Lots of fun on the telford toothpaste 59 miles & 2.7k ft of climbing, mixture of on & off road all done on a single speed road bike - then back to a pub and lots of beer and frites - whats not to like?

Now I need a bath and then onwards to the pub :)
