A winner amongst life's losers eh?

    Morning all.
Going to spend the morning ripping out bits of kitchen to prepare for putting in bits of kitchen next week. Deep joy.
In other news, tea will be drunk.

    Afternoon Spazwangles,

Been to Costas for coffee and bacon so set up for the day now. Job avoidance and footy are on the cards. Plus a bit of bike prep before tomorrows 40 miler round the North Downs for a spot of Ride 100 training. That's about it really.

Woke up feeling well, meh (late this morning). Too much London Pride last night

Coffee and much bacon improved my condition marginally.

Decided a quick blast would kill or cure.

So off to Swinely* I went. Nothing in my legs today, other than lead, it seems. It didn't cure my malaise. Time for hair of the dog?

(* if it was you (in a yellow van) that gave me your used car park ticket - then thanks, it's the only good thing that's happened today)
