Can di2 be bodged for campag spacing?

Got a friend looking for a new tt bike. They've got quite unusual proportions so at present the only frame they've found that will be an ideal fit is only available for di2, and apparently EPS isn't an option. They already have save very nice wheels but all campag so changing over to shimano would work out very expensive and a bit of a PITA. Just wondering if it's possible to bodge or hack the di2 setup to make it work with campag spacing at all?

Campg 11s cassettes work with 11s Shimano.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

Currently running a Ghibli disc as their main race wheel which makes life more difficult. I think it's 9 speed but with 10 speed spacing or something odd like that?0

Di2 works perfectly with Campag 10 and 11 speed cassettes.
My GF is running Di2 on a 10 speed Campag cassette. It is silent and flawless in operation.
If your wheel will take a 10 speed cassette this will work.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

Seems to me that any of the electronic shifters could be programmed for any number of speeds and spacing just don't expect Shimano or Campag to tell you how to do it. I'm no expert on the subject but with all the electronics whiz folks out there who are reprogramming car and motorbike computers this would be child's play. Sooner or later we'll be seeing do-it-yourselfer posts on this me thinks. Anyone have any more informed thoughts on this?0
