Currently have a Cube Reaction GTC Pro 29er. Love this bike great value and its pretty fast up the hills and on the trails. Now looking for a Full Sus 29er that does a similar job. Must be light weight and good at climbing. Budget around £1500-£2800. Have considered a Specialized Epic carbon but am open to ideas. Have also ridden a Spec Stumpjumper FSR (26in) carbon but find this a bit slow and hard work. Any thoughts or recommends would be appreciated.

Anthem 29er is the stock response, try pauls cycles or pedalon for bargains

What sort of riding? Scott Genius and Spesh Epic are very different bikes.

Assuming you're looking more at the Epic side of things I'd say Scott Spark and Trek Superfly FS should be on the list. Aren't Anthems all 650b now?
