Headset Eco ??

Hi,
Finally found the headset bearings for my bike (Spesh Secteur Elite 2013); it's 1 1/8 and the bearings code is - ACB 41 6.3 45D Eco - fairly confident this means Outside Dia is 41, Height is 6.3 and 45 Degrees angles but does anyone know what the Eco bit stands for?
Also list bearing Vendor as TEX-5E What does that mean?
The 6.3 Height would make sense as to why it came with two thin plastic headset washers on upper bearing.
