Thinking about dropping to 1x10 to save weight and big ring is as unused as subos vagina so no point keeping it on.
Would it be possible for me to remove big ring from Race Face Respond Double + Bash 22/32 then get ss xc chain guide to do this or would I need a new chain ring?

Educate my noobness would I need bigger ring? That too small as I find its enough for all the riding I do apart from on the road to and from local trails?

Scrap/ edit that find I'm mostly in top ring don't use bottom. Bit slow thermobol has worn off.

I have switched to a 1x10 setup and i have tried different sized chainrings. Iprefer to run a 36t upfront. I would keep the 32t on your setup

So to rectify could I remove smaller ring and use bigger ring only. What would I need to do this if It would be suitable to do other than xc chain guide?

Ditch the bash. Ditch the granny ring. Get a narrow wide chainring.
