Need a new headset....need help

I have a fm098 frame from deng fu.

The headset bearing are broken, went to my LBS, they cant match it.

Apart from getting one from Deng Fu in China does anyone know what headset I can buy from the UK for my bike ?

    Can you post a pic of it? Are there any numbers on the cartridges?

    Find yourself a bike shop that understands headsets - your current one is clearly incompetent. If you get really stuck, measure the bearings with a digital caliper and post the sizes here or reference the FSA Technical Guide on their website.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
