Outdoor bike storage

I'm about to start a new job, as far as I'm aware the bike storage will be outdoors (un-sheltered) can anyone recommend any cover/lock combos. I store my bike in the office at my current job.

velosure have a list of bike locks that they approve on there website.any one of them should do
