Hello

I need some help here!
I’m considering buying the On One Enduro Pro Helmet. Does anyone have one? What is the general opinion about it? It seems a real bargain for an enduro helmet and it does look quite nice, but I’m getting a bit “uncertain” to buy something like that online.

Another question is regarding my bike. I’m riding a One One 456 Evo 2 and I need new tyres. Once again On One material seems like a bargain and the recommended tyres for the 456 range are getting nice reviews. But is the 2,4 Chunky Monkey is just too big and draggy? Although I would appreciate the extra grip and support I’m concerned that it would turn the bike into a pig when rolling or climbing.
Since the Smorgarbord seems a good choice for the rear tyre, should I also put one on the front end and get a more balanced trail bike?

Thanks for your help!

The helmet seems pretty good. A few friends use them and have no complaints.
If you don't like it you can always send it back unused.
  • The On One Smorgasbord might be ok for dry conditions in Portugal as it's quite fast rolling but I used on one my KHS for a while and didn't have much confidence in it especially when it got a bit wet as it often does in the UK.

    Hello boys and girls

I've already ordered, received, installed and tested the bike with the front 2.4 Chunky Monkey and a rear 2.25 Smorgasbord.
so far I've only tested them in dry conditions, both compact and loose, and so far so good. The front tyre slackened the direction even more and the extra grip and control now available are indeed an invitation to some healthy stupidity. I was expecting the bike to become a real pig while climbing or rolling, but in fact with the right pressure the tyres become quite round and rolling efficiency isn't bad at all! The fact my rims are 19mm wide (I think…) may be contributing to that feeling. Time will tell...
The On One Enduro Pro helmet was another great surprise, it's light in weight, well vented, easy to adjust and overall very comfortable.

In conclusion, I consider this was money well spent, and every time I ride with my bike I love it a bit more…
