look keo cleats screws worn out?

I am trting to change my cleats as they are worn out. However I can only unscrew I nut the allen key doesn seem to be catching the thread as they are so worn. Is there another way to take them off?

    If the are the ones with a slot try a flat bladed screw driver, this worked for me.

    I tried that but it did not work as I cant catch a grip on it.

    Hacksaw the cleat off - it's only plastic

    Then the bolts are exposed proud of the shoe and you can get pliers or molegrips on them
