Cannondale synapse upgrade

I have a 2012 Cannondale Synapse Sora which has a 9 speed cassette. I'm looking to upgrade to Shimano 105 but want to keep the existing FSA triple chainset. Can I swap the 9 speed cassette for a 10 speed without having to buy new hubs etc? I realise I will need new mechs, shifters etc.. Any advice is appreciated.

    The 105 calipers won't fit, if you were thinking of changing them too, not enough drop.
    I bought Shimano R650 calipers for my 2013 Synapse after having to return the 105 items
