  • The ridiculous thing is that he could've made the turn without hitting them if he hadn't have panicked and sat up!

Indeed. He did all the classic things wrong - target fixation, sitting up, closing the throttle.

Easy to criticize, but from experience i know I am utter dog-toffee on a motorbike too.

He must have known he was being filmed? So went too fast for the corner?

He wasn't going too fast for the corner at all. He was going too fast for his skill level.

A semi competent rider could take that turn at two or three times the pace, easily.

I don't think that one went exactly according to plan. M/sickle rider was a bit of a muppet I think.

Worse thing is that bicyclerist man tore his Brioches La Boulangere kit - it the coolest kit ever and you can't get it any more. Must have been gutting.

Speed didn't really have anything to do with it, it just looks like target fixation.

Wonder if he went to jail for that?............... and got rear ended himself.

Hope he went on some kind of rider training at least.
He may not be so lucky next time. Might rear end a wood chipper...........

Why, because you know you'll hit your fellow cyclist?!

Amazed that the first guy could even walk after the way his knees almost connected with his shoulders. That was some bending of the spine.
