Hi all,
I'm looking at a new road bike for under £400 and the Mekk Pinerolo AL ZR is currently on offer at wiggle. Just wondering if anyone has experience with it or opinion on it. Any other suggestions are also welcome.

Thanks for any advice given.

I can't give you any specific advice on the Mekk but almost any bike in that price range will be fairly similar in quality. The best advice I can give is to go for a test ride and try out as many others as possible as you may find that you just like the way one feels better than the others. Don't get caught up in gimmicks such as "16 spoke aero wheels", which will be crap in this price range, or if one is 50 grams lighter than the other. Buy the one that feels right.

I'd say good choice, based on reviews. Also look at Merlin Cylces own brand.

A surprisingly good bike for the price.

In terms of reliability it got a guy through thousands of miles across America on a one&man charity ride according to mekk twitter.
