In-line adjusters for internal gear cables?

Just finished building my new bike - and Argon 18 Gallium Pro - which has internal cable runs. I've used Campagnolo Ergos and mechs. I haven't fitted any cable adjusters (as there are no threaded stops to fit them to - the cables go straight into the headtube, although there is a stop there, but not fixed to the frame and not threaded) and all seems to work fine. With modern pre-stretched cables I can see it being a problem, but would you fit an in-line adjuster "just in case"?

I've never bothered with any adjusters on my builds. Rear can be adjusted on the mech and the front doesn't seem to need adjusted any way.0

A lot depends on how well the cables have been installed - my experience is that it you've managed to do without and it shifts sweetly, then you can probably do without. I have used these in the past:

I find those ones 'lock up' sometimes. I've tried various types and the ones below have been the best.

...only on the front mech cable as if you can dial in the tension your going to get the best results, though I guess depends on your experience of setting up gears0
