Hi All.
Fairly new to this. Have purchased my first FS and am a little OCD with cleaning and Lubing. Just wanted to ask if I am wasting my time lubricating the pivots on a Trek EX after cleaning the bike, i am using Teflon spray?? Also currently running out of Chain Lube and thought ii may try some new stuff. Any recommendations or preferences from other folks on here.
Thnaks for your help

Shouldn't need to lube pivots but don't hose them either when cleaning as this can drive dirt inside the seals. Which chain lube, I use wet lube in winter and dry in summer as for brand I currently use muc off and am happy with it.0

Ah cheers, I'll save wasting the Teflon on those parts then. As for Chain I was using Finsih Line Wet Cross Country. Probably quite old but fancied seeing everybodies choices. Thanks foryour reply0
