Getting a new 29er, budget £600.

Saw the great BikeRadar Review for the Voodoo Bizango but that's the 2013 model.

The model in Halfords is 14.3kg instead of 13.6kg (as in above review) so must be a new model (2014)

Anyone know the difference (apart from weight) between the 2013 and 2014 models.

Ultimately my question is: Should I buy the 2014 Voodoo Bizango or the Trek X-Caliber 7

Specs: Voodoo Bizango and Trek X-Caliber 7

Thanks in advance!

Looks the same to me. Voodoo has better bits all round.

I picked up an 18" Bizango today, it's not that heavy to he honest, I can't weigh it, as I have no means, but it doesn't feel that heavy.

Guess I will find out tomorrow on it's first test outing lol

Do you know what's changed in the Bizango since last year? Not so worried about the weight , just hoping they haven't downgraded any of the components. Thanks.

As I said, picked one up today, and all of it seems just like every review I have read
