Hi I was looking ar buying some Superstar Nano pedals, but is the difference between thru pin and non thru pin types? what are thr pros and cons?

I might have this the wrong way round, but thru-pins are screwed through the pedal body. If you damage the threads on your pins with rock strikes and the such, when unscrewing the pins out through the pedal body to replace them, the damaged pins will ruin the thread in your pedal and you will most likely not get new pins in.

The Thru-Pins have pins that screw in from the back of the pedal and the normal ones use grub screws. The Thru-Pins are heavier and have less grip than the normal ones so unless you regularly rip pins out of your pedals, go for the normal ones.0
