tt build advice (chainset/BB/frame compatability)

its pick yer brain time again....building up a tt bike, but before i order the bottom bracket i want to double check what type i need.
Frame is a Giant Trinity 0 (2010 i think) and chain set is a Shimano 105 5600.....just wondering what "threat" type i need on the bottom bracket?

    Assume you mean thread? As far as I know it'll be a standard British bb thread.

    oops...yeah i ment thread...so a hollowtech bb will fit? sorry for the stupidity. its my first attempt at a bike build.

    Hi - As long as it is 5600 - yes, it's Hollowtech II so any Holowtech BB will fit.
