Finally a completely silent bike

I have had an annoying rattle for some weeks now.

I couldn't find it.
I took it to the LBS. They couldn't find it.
I asked fellow riders to listen. They couldn't find it either. One thought it was my chain, another the front wheel, another the rear mech.
I tried changing wheels, that didn't help.

In desperation I bounced the thing on the floor and asked my daughter to listen.
She pointed to my rear shifter cable and rear brake cable. Bouncing off each other.
Tie wrap sorted it.

If in doubt ask a non cycling teenager.

I shall offset it. First instalment against the £150k she has cost me already.
