    Looks like the Irish are just hoping to get shot of him altogether. I can see the thinking, but it grates unbelievably that he will not see any comeback from his actions.

    Not condoning the drivers actions but "..not adequately lit up..." sure doesn't help someone actually see a biker.
    I believe a lot of cyclists who ride at night believe they are lit up appropriately but I've had a few close calls with what I would term, at the very least, not very visible riders. To be honest, it's not always the drivers fault. :roll:
