Not condoning the drivers actions but "..not adequately lit up..." sure doesn't help someone actually see a biker.
I believe a lot of cyclists who ride at night believe they are lit up appropriately but I've had a few close calls with what I would term, at the very least, not very visible riders. To be honest, it's not always the drivers fault. :roll:0 -
