My bottom bracket is making a squeak again and my mechanic said it doesn't need replacing but does need to be greased every so often. I don't have the tools to remove the press fit but was wondering if i just removed the crank than could i regrease from the outside?

How often should you regrease a pressfit bottom bracket?

What make/model is it, how many miles/old is it? If you were to try and remove it you will most likely damage it as they are not designed to be removed unless to be replaced with a new part. You could remove your chainset to see if the seals are removable, I doubt they will be, but again if you damage them in the process you will need to replace it.

Did you ask your mechanic how you grease a press-fit BB as according to Shimano they are not serviceable.

All press-fit BBs use sealed cartridge bearings which can't really be serviced effectively - the squeak is more an indication of something moving / worn that shouldn't - try removing the crank spindle and grease - if the creak remains then likely the bearings need removing and replacing.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
