minion dhf for rear?

Just throwing this one out there. Can I use a minion dhf on the rear of my full sus? I know they are designed for the front but I noticed MBR used them front and rear as control tyres when testing enduro bikes last year! I run a dhf 2.35 Maxxpro 60A on the front and can totally trust this.Usually paired up with a Maxxis ADvantage 2.1 is good for speed but sometimes lacking in rear grip when climbing.I am looking for a better rear tyre but the DHR looks like it may have a higher rolling resistance?(not the dhr2).Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Found on steeper stuff, you lose a bit of braking traction with a DHF on the rear compared to a DHR (running the DHF on the rear with the rotation going the wrong way otherwise you have fuckall braking grip).
DHF is a lot easier to get going and rolls faster than the DHR.0 -
They are designed for front of rear use."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I use DHF's front and rear on mine and haven't noticed any problems."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

My Scalp came with dhf front and rear. It's quite a popular set up for downhill.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
