Tioga tyre?

Just recieved Fulcrum racing 5 from rpair today.It came with new tyre from Tioga(??).I've never heard of that tyre nor I can find anything about it on internet.
Any exp from them here?

    Tyre brand for sure. I have heard of them.

    Usually found on MTB's or BMX bikes.
