Anyone got any good routes that i can pinch, preferably back lanes and no A roads, but can re-jig and existing route to accomodate.

Something a bit different to consider..Ive done a few mass bike rides with" Bike events" and give a donation when I go one them.100s sometimes 100Os on them ...Great routes.jc0 -
