Car carrier for Cervelo S5??

Anyone got an S5 and can recommend a decent carrier for the car?
Just got a new S5 and will mostly carry it in back of car, but on occasions when travelling with the kids will need it on roof and my current carrier won't fit because of the size of the downtube. Looked at the fork mounted ones but most say not to use on carbon forks so just thought i would ask what other people do.
Loving the bike by the way. So much more fun than the focus.
