Routes around the peaks from knutsford/cheadle area

Friend and I fancy a change of scenery on Tuesday and feel like the peaks as neither of us halve done more than the cat and fiddle there.

Does anyone have any routes into the peaks from this area they wouldn't mind sharing please? Anything that runs through knutsford/ cheadle area would be great as the m56 is our route in.

Distances between 70 and 100 would be ace, don't mind hills or flats.

    This is a hilly 70 miles from Cheadle, although the last 20 miles are fairly easy which you'd be glad of after the middle section! You could also start it from Knutsford which might actually be nicer.
