Hi,

I noticed that my rear derailleur looks bent and i dont think its the hanger.
I have uploaded a couple of photos on dropbox

You reckon I should replace the derailleur or is there a fix?

thnx

Looks bent to me. Is it causing shifting issues? (I'd presume yes). If you're careful, you can usually straighten them out by hand

Looks to me like the hanger is bent, doesnt need much of a bend in the hanger to throw everything out.

I recently bought a hanger alignment tool from Rose Bikes to check and straighten the hanger on my Kinesis. Absolute doddle to do and the shifting is now absolutely spot on, better than when the bike was new even. Easy job when you've got the right tool.
