Can I use Campag Eurus wheels okay with Ultegra?

    Depends.

If you have 11speed, then it doesn't matter as shimano 11sp and campag 11sp have the same spacing so its a case of getting the shifting aligned.

Otherwise the 'splines' on the freewheel aren't the same. Campag cassettes won't fit onto shimano freehubs and vice versa.

I think you might be able to get shimano freehubs for campag wheels

You should be absolutely fine. Just stick on a campag 11sp groupset, do your indexing, and bob's your uncle.

By "groupset" you mean cassette, I take it?

I had Veloce and Ultegra 9spd bikes and swapped the wheels around with absolutely no problems ... Maybe lucky, dunno ... but it worked with no issues ...

Well if you haven't bought the wheels yet, just buy them as the Shimano freehub version and fit your 11 speed ultegra cassette, simple. If for some reason you already own the wheels with a Campag freehub version you can do two things, fit a Campag 11 speed cassette OR buy the Shimano freehub body, fit that (takes a few mins) and then fit your Ultegra 11 speed cassette. ...some age of the wheels issues might apply if they are old....

Are the Eurus a purchase you are about to make or a wheel you already have, if so, what year are they and what freehub body is fitted?

Agree with mfin. Swapping out the freehub is easy and no specialist tools required.
