Is employing staff having to work for a living? After all you have to write them lists of jobs to do, what to wear, threaten them with eviction from the stables and so on and so forth ad infinitum.

I find that having to instruct them repeatedly to ink my quill in order to compose history changing prose is really quite, quite tedious.
