Rejuvinating a white carbon frame

Despite regular cleaning my white carbon frame is starting to look a little dull and grotty. I assume it is the top coat (lacquer?) which has dulled. Is there any way to rejuvenate the frame and get it looking all sparkly and nice again?

    White spirt to remove marks/stains.. Then Mr Sheen polish

    If the paint is dull, then try using some T-Cut and then a decent wax polish
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
