Superstar Nano servicing

hi all, I've scoured the net but can't come up with any instructions on how to take these apart. I unscrewed the two end caps at the outboard end, but then couldn't make out what was inside, so decided to leave it there and look for the instructions, rather than make a mess of it, but have drawn a blank.

Any got experience of stripping these down?
