I have been looking at new frames and i really like this one in grey and orange:

The reason i have not yet brought it is because i have never heard of Windspeed, does anybody know anything about them, like what the drop-outs are like and the forks that it can support and strength off the frame.

Not heard of them, but looks good enough on paper. But does it fit the parts you have in mind? Looks more XC biased than a hard riding frame.0

i does not really give enough info, i may contact the seller for more.0

Has standard 135mm QR drop outs, 44mm headtube so can fit a variety of forks (but 80-120mm I'd say), 31.6mm seat post, IS disc mounts, standard threaded bottom bracket.0

will tapered forks fit or just 1/1.8?0

Tapered would, with a suitable bottom headset cup.0

Looks quite nice, reasonable weight (though not fantastic) not sure about the IS disc mounts in the description though!
Mech hanger mounting looks like an older Merida design (2005 ish)
I wouldn't expect that to take longer than 120mm forks, so wouldn't go tapered as the extra stack height will loose you 20mm potential travel, very similar geo on the to my Kraken so XC to trail ish...Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
