It only happens after a hour on my bike and only have it in my right foot.I use crank brothers egg beaters pedals I can't move the cleat on my shoe side to side as the cleat does not allow for this only up and down. So if you can come up with any ideas to sort the problem out that I having

I would go see a podiatrist and one who knows about cycling. You may have a foot problem or you may have a shoe/pedal problem which may only need an insole. However, I honestly would not risk my feet with any other advice other than a professional.

    Good luck

buy the premium CB cleats and they have lateral adjust. You almost certainly need a wider stance. Try that, then podiatrist.
