Hi all,

Wondering is there a better way to recover an sdg i-fly saddle? I've done it a couple times using double sided tape and super glue, is there any way of stapling it like when they come from the factory again or do i just live with it?

Also whilst on the subject of carbon fibre any ways that i can put the lacquer back on? got a chip on the v10's upper link and don't want the whole thing getting fecked up, someone said clear nail varnish works?

Cheers in advance

    Yeah - a staple gun.

Whatever colour nail varnish you need - clear works with nude CF.

Staple gun isn't powerful enough to get into the carbon

  • Staple guns do vary in power. I have 3 having repared a damp caravan . Pretty good selection at homebase.
