    Excellent, now I know where to send the VRM of the next driver that passes too close, yells out of the window or chucks something from their car.

    Phoning 101 ext. 69191 quoting 'Operation Dragoon'.

    Since they are using YouTube they might actually take an interest in head/dash cam footage and log the VRMs.

    All that's missing is the bit about targeting "Reckless Cyclists" hopefully this is a "good thing" for the north.
    A Twitter #Tag would be a quick way of notifying a VRM, location and action.
