Sram Red or Red22 Brakes

Someone will probably know....
When the Sram Red brakes became the AeroLink ones (still 10 speed), are those brakes at that time identical to the Aerolink ones listed as 'Red22' now. Or, have they added 22 graphics or anything like that?
Also, if they are the same, where's cheapest? Merlin? http://www.merlincycles.com/sram-red-22-brake-calipers-pair-57863.html
