HS bike discount.de very good service

After a query regarding 1-2 mm of up/down play in my reverb 3 month old, hs bike discount said I should send it back to them for a warranty claim, dropper posted and within 2 weeks I had a brand new seatpost, very god service, all I had to do to get it there was pay the postage myself and will be refunded to me, when I send proof of postage to which they have kept to there word.

So overall with bike discount I'm more than impressed,there price was the best I could find and there returns procedure was straight forward.

    Same here, Lev went back with 10-15mm play. Fixed underwarranty.

    A spring was missing. I e-mailed them. They sent me one in the post.

    They did, in a rather surreal way, ask me to take a photo of the part that was missing though.

    Ordered a few times from them.

    As fast/faster than many other places I've ordered from in the UK and usually cheapest as well even with postage!
