Best tubular tyre??

So after buying a pair of zipp 303s fire rests from the local bike shop..They came with Tufo elite tyres,.They are okay but I think I can find something better to put on them..
I have been looking at vittoria corsa evo or the corsa sc?
Anyways what do you think the best choice is? I will only be racing on theses wheels btw so the faster the tyre the better
